As for myself, I think I will pick cremation followed by use of the ashes to fertilize roses. Just spaded into a vegetable garden would be fine, too. A ceremonial scattering would have a dignity, formality, and drama that I lacked in life and it pisses me off to think that I am going to get anything even remotely desireable after I am dead. Onward

died July 1, 1997, in Santa Barbara where his body was cremated
and his ashes scattered at sea. I hardly had to look that up; it is
